ROCK FISHERMAN MISSING FROM SNAPPER POINT, NEAR LAKE MACQUARIE
Authorities have spent the day searching for a rock fisherman, missing off Snapper Point, south of Newcastle.
The Morisset-based man was wearing a lifejacket, but police say conditions were so bad, it wouldn’t have helped.
