The Local Government Minister, Paul Toole, has announced he’ll be looking into the controversial China Theme Park and a recent land deal between the park’s developers and Wyong Shire Council.
Minister Toole has asked for an urgent report on the deal, which saw council sell the 15 hectare block of land at Warnervale for $10-million, the same price it was valued at two years ago.
