Large swell is delaying the installation of Port Macquarie’s new artificial reef.
The concrete components arrived on a barge from Newcastle last week, and will be dropped at sea once the weather clears.
The $900,000 reef is designed to boost fishing in Port Macquarie, by attracting more exotic species.
