Festival fans staying at the Riverside camping grounds have been praised by council for being more water wise than those at previous events.
An estimated 2.73 megalitres will be saved this year, which is the equivalent of two Olympic swimming pools.
Water- saving devices have been installed in public showers as well, helping to conserve the city’s supply.
