Port Macquarie’s Flamin’ Dragons have been putting in plenty of hours on the water, ahead of the State Dragon Boat Championships.
The club will send a team of paddlers to compete at the Sydney International Regatta Centre on January 31.
Its Masters Women’s squad placed fifth at last year’s event.
