Six adults and six children remain isolated at a camping site in the Chichester State Forest…after a causeway was washed away by flood water this week.
Today, family members gave supplies to crew members from the Forestry Corporation – which delivered them to the group by a pulley system.
“Everybody is okay. We’ve been monitoring it on a daily basis and hopefully in the next day or two we should be able to get back across that causeway,” said Mike Hill from the Forestry Corporation of NSW.
