An 89-year-old man has died following a crash on the Pacific Highway at Tyndale yesterday.
Police say the car hit into a guard rail, before crashing into a southbound vehicle, and then a power pole at around midday.
The man was treated by paramedics at the scene, but later died.
An 87-year-old female passenger was taken to Lismore Base Hospital with arm and leg injuries.
