Colin Freeman from South West Rocks has been crowned king of Ballina Golf Course, taking out the men’s division in this year’s Veteran Week of Golf.
The southerner out played a field of more than 100 golfers to claim the title.
In the women’s, Capella’s Bess Bedwell proved too hard to beat.
After three days of gruelling competition, today was the perfect opportunity for the golfers to enjoy a friendly round on the green.
