There’s been another twist in the saga surrounding Cessnock Council, with councillor Cordelia Burcham and four colleagues today winning a court case, paving the way for a vote on the future of the General Manager Lea Rosser.
The move was promptly put on hold at the request of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, which says it still needs two weeks to complete an investigation into the council.
