A 19-year-old man has been charged following a fatal car crash at Caroona last weekend.
Police were called to Coonabarabran Road in the early hours of last Saturday morning, after a car left the road and hit a tree.
The 20-year-old male passenger died at the scene.
The driver was granted conditional bail and will face Tamworth Local Court on January 25.
