A decision on the approval of a major new subdivision near Old Bar has been delayed until at least March next year.
Approval of the project’s first stage had been sought from the Joint Regional Planning Panel at its meeting in Taree yesterday.
This is quite a significant and quite critical to Old Bar and it’s a large one and ensures the viability of Old Bar this development creates another 526 lots.”
The panel has asked for further information from the developer and Taree Council, before it makes its final decision.
