The Liverpool Plains Youth could receive a visit from the Premier, if he heeds a call from the state’s Upper House.
The Legislative Council has unanimously supported a motion, put forward by the Greens, to have Mike Baird meet with the group when he visits Tamworth next week.
The Greens want Mr Baird to discuss the potential impacts of Shenhua’s Watermark coal mine, and the proposed BHP development at Caroona.
