A second person has been charged, after a plane was broken into in Lismore last month.
Police say three men broke into the aircraft, before leaving the scene empty-handed.
A 21-year-old handed himself into Katoomba Police Station on Monday afternoon over the incident.
He’ll appear at Katoomba Local Court later this week.
