The north west dominated day one of the Inter Schools Horse Extravaganza, with Duri’s William Ramsten winning the under 9s Working Horse Challenge, and Gunnedah’s Tom Wilson claiming the 10-12s.
Calrossy student Sophie Mayne won the 13-15s, and Laura Strelitz from New England Girls School took out the over 16s.
