Tony Windsor’s office has confirmed the Independent candidate is pursuing legal action, over an article that appeared in a national newspaper.
The front-page article, which was printed in The Australian yesterday, accused Mr Windsor of being a school yard bully almost half a century ago.
The candidate says the story should be read in the context of a very close campaign in New England, and he’s passed it on to his lawyers.
