Maclean bodybuilder Brad Clarke has won this year’s Australian Musclemania Masters Title on the Gold Coast, after suffering health problems for almost a decade.
Clarke says expert training and nutrition, have paid off, after finishing second in last year’s titles.
The bodybuilder says he normally prepares for competition alone but this year he decided to employ the services of a trainer.
Clarke hopes to compete in Las Vegas in November at the Musclemania World Masters.
