Another A-League football team has jetted into Coffs Harbour but this time it’s just for a training camp.
Reigning Champions Melbourne Victory will be staying at the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort for the next few days preparing for a pre-season game on the Gold Coast.
The side will take on Brisbane Roar next Wednesday night in Southport.
“In their own right, they’ve had a lot of success in the last few years, looking forward to having a hit out against them,” said Victory Coach Kevin Muscat.
Last Friday night the Central Coast Mariners defeated the Western Sydney Wanderers in a pre-season friendly at the Coffs International Stadium in front of a crowd of over 3,000 people.
