A week of rain and less than ideal weather conditions has left the Port Macquarie Race Club with no choice but to cancel tomorrow’s race day.
The $25,000 feature race was set to be dedicated to Ray Hadley’s 30 years in radio.
It’s hoped the strong field including Brett Bellamy’s Tuppatonic and Saucier and Taree trained Amazing Albert will get a start on an alternative day.
New South Wales is yet to determine whether to postpone or cancel the meet.
