Moves to repair and renew the Belmont Baths have taken another step forward, with Lake Macquarie Council unveiling its concept design.
The project will include building a new 70-metre jetty, and amenities block, while the foreshore will be landscaped.
There’ll also be protective mesh underwater, on all sides of the baths, as an extra safety measure.
Work is expected to begin in the second half of 2018.
