It should be mild with westerly winds, strong for the Hunter, with plenty of sunshine for most over the weekend.
The only catch is for northern NSW and South East QLD who find themselves caught under the jet stream feed and that will cloud things in for the weekend with some light drizzle at times.
Good for boating, small, clean waves for surfers. Make the most of it as the cold air will return early next week.
