There’s been a small win for an Ourimbah community group overnight, with the Joint Regional Planning Panel deferring a decision over a controversial boarding house.
The JRPP says there wasn’t enough information to approve the $5-million, three storey and 102 unit development on Glen Road.
The Glen Road Action Group says it objects to the development’s size and scale.
The developer has until August 17 to address the concerns raised, before the panel reconvenes at a later date.
