Police have confirmed an Armidale man accused of sexually assaulting 18 boys in the 1970’s has died.
Ian Berryman first fronted court on July 7, facing 33 allegations of historic indecent assault from his time as a teacher at Ben Venue Public School.
His death isn’t being treated as suspicious.
