Returning to the V8s, and Broadmeadow’s Aaren Russell suffered a horror result in the Development Series race this afternoon, taken out on the very first turn.
“Oh! Around goes Aaren Russell. The Falcon has gone around. All I know is I turned for the corner and got a massive hit in the rear, then got cleaned up in the front… A really disappointing way to finish the weekend.”
The result leaves Russell in 10th place in the overall standings.
