A 78 year old man has died following a road accident south of Macksville yesterday afternoon.
He was the only occupant in one of two vehicles which collided at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Allgomera Road at Eungai.
Four people in the other car suffered serious but non life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
