Wet weather wasn’t enough to deter shoppers, from snapping up a bargain at Broadmeadow today.
The World’s Biggest Car Boot Sale was on again, generating much-needed funds for Hunter Life Education.
“We deliver preventative drugs and alcohol education to primary school children, and we visit about 30,000 in the Hunter. So the proceeds from today just help us make that possibly every year.”
Today’s event is expected to raise around $30,000.
