Wyong Council faces another delay in its proposal for the Oasis site, with the Joint Regional Planning Panel asking for an amendment to the current plans.
Council now has to amend the details, which are confidential, before re-submitting the proposal to the Panel.
The $19-million development includes residential and commercial space.
