Police have charged a 37-year-old Long Jetty man with inflicting grievous bodily harm following a one-punch attack in Terrigal on ANZAC Day.
Police allege the accused was involved in an argument with the 48-year-old victim at the Florida Beach Bar, before the attack occurred on The Esplanade a short time later.
The accused will face Gosford Court on June 16.
