The skyline at Terrigal has been earmarked for change, with Gosford Council giving the green light to a $6-million mixed-use development.
The five storey building on Ash Street, will include commercial space as well as units and an underground car park.
Council says the development is in line with the character of Terrigal and compatible with the area’s tourist traffic.
