The Central Coast Mariners plan to confirm Tony Walmsley as the club’s permanent head coach before the team flies to Wellington on Wednesday.
Walmsley will lead the side while also remaining in the technical directors role.
Retiring captain John Hutchinson is expected to be announced as Walmsley’s assistant coach.
