Police have charged a man following investigations into alleged historical child sexual offences in the Quirindi area.
About 10am today the man turned himself into Port Macquarie police station, following investigations into allegations that several girls were sexually assaulted in the North West area between 1986 and 1992.
Police say the girls were between two and six-years-old at the time.
