The tributes continue to flow for Mariners captain John Hutchinson ahead of his record 221st A-League appearance.
Member for Robertson, Lucy Wicks, has spoken of the foundation player’s achievements while addressing federal parliament.
“My family and I are proud members of the Mariners, and I’m sure I speak for the ‘Yellow Army’ and football fans across the country in thanking John Hutchinson for his fantastic contribution to the Central Coast. You will be greatly missed,” she said.
Hutchinson will retire at the end of the season.
