While the region’s junior rugby union stars kick off their Junior Gold Cup campaign in Gunnedah tomorrow against Hunter.
They’ll be hoping for better performances than last year, which saw the local under 15s smashed by 47 points, and the under 17s beaten by three tries.
Games start at midday.
