An aged carer will stand trial, accused of indecently dealing with a stroke victim.
William Karl Souproanuck chose not to enter a plea today, over the alleged abuse of an elderly woman in May this year.
Nine witnesses will be called to give evidence.
Souproanuck had his bail continued, on the condition he has no contact with the alleged victim.
