A new $8-million seniors housing complex is ready to go ahead at Erina, with Gosford Council giving the project the green light.
The development on Karalta Road, will include two three-storey apartments with 20 self-contained units.
Meanwhile, plans for a regional sporting complex at Wyong are moving forward, with the local council accepting a tender for a design.
The new facilities at Pioneer Dairy will feature nine playing fields and tie together some of the area’s existing sport infrastructure.
The design phase is expected to be complete by June next year.
