The side travelled to Lismore hoping to mirror the under 19s success, but fell in its first match to the North Coast by 40 runs.
Central North never recovered, losing to Newcastle by eight wickets and the Central Coast by 136 runs.
Newcastle will meet the victors of the Southern Pool in the final.
