The countdown is on to an event that raises vital funds for the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.
Run Newcastle is a community initiative, and last year generated more than $134,000 to aid the redevelopment of the hospital’s Adolescent Ward.
Today event ambassadors, including the Knights’ Robbie Rochow, visited patients.
Run Newcastle takes place at the foreshore on November 30.
