A 48-year-old man is fighting for his life after his car veered off Tallebudgera Creek Road and crashed into a tree this morning.
The driver of the other car escaped uninjured.
Police say open alcohol containers were found sitting in the vehicle, but are still investigating if alcohol was a factor.
