I suspect that he may well have breached his position commenting on what has been a costly legal battle, initiated by Council engaging senior cou$el,. Cr Cook may claim there has been many reports, but the rest of us have had to apply for every little report , either getting tham at last minute for scrutiny or being told to apply under FOI.
