There was a warm welcome from the Newcastle branch of Youth With a Mission today, as one of the charity’s prospective new medical ships arrived in Newcastle Harbour.
“At the moment we are working on recruiting people and raising funds for the ship so we can commission it in PNG next year.”
The vessel would be used to provide primary health care, including dentistry and optometry.
