Stage one of a 25-lot subdivision for a business park has been approved by Tamworth Regional Council this week.
Hunter Land Propriety Limited will construct the development in four stages on a 120 hectare site at Westdale on New Winton Road, near Tamworth Regional Airport.
Its approval was subject to conditions surrounding storm water and traffic management.
