Sawtell-Toormina midfielder, Mark Couzens has won his third AFL North Coast Best and Fairest award at a ceremony in Coffs Harbour.
He’s the second player in the competition’s history to win the prestigious award three times.
The Reserve Grade award was won by Port Macquarie’s Blake Nelson.
The hard-to-come-by award is determined by umpires.
