Former Trinity Catholic College Principal Brother Peter Pemble has been charged over alleged child sex offences.
It’s alleged Pemble indecently assaulted a young boy in Maitland between 1971 and 1972.
In 2013 officers from Strike Force Georgiana took Pemble into custody in Sydney for questioning.
He was later charged with three counts of indecent assault and granted strict conditional bail to appear at Newcastle Local Court next Thursday.
Pemble served as a principal at Trinity Catholic College in Lismore from 2001 to 2007.
