LADS PUSHING TO MEET CONSTRUCTION MILESTONE

Southern Cross LADS is pushing to start construction of its driver training facility outside Lismore by October.

Volunteers hope building will begin by the 10th anniversary of the 2006 crash which claimed the lives of four teenagers, prompting the group’s formation.

Despite receiving several grants, it still needs to raise $200,000 to fully fund the $800,000 dollar project.
