The Environmental Protection Agency has joined forces with the Armidale Charity Alliance in a bid to stop illegal dumping.
They’re urging people to drop their rubbish to the tip, rather than outside charity stores, after more than 200 tonnes of waste was recorded in Armidale last year.
Despite the problems, charities are still encouraging genuine donations.
