In an effort to boost tourism,
Tamworth event organisers are being urged to lodge expressions of interest for the state government’s 2015 Regional Flagship Events program.
Successful recipients could receive a one year grant of $10,000 or a three year grant totalling $60,000.
Last year regional New South Wales delivered $9.8 billion from the tourism sector.
Submissions will be accepted until September 1.
