Police are appealing for information, after a man allegedly committed an act of indecency at a shopping centre in Kotara.
A 23-year-old woman was sitting in her car in the upstairs car park of the Northcott Drive centre last Tuesday, when it’s alleged she saw the incident.
Police have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
