Champion para-equestrian, Dale Johnston has returned from the Hartpury Festival of Dressage in the UK, with qualifying scores in both of his tests for the Australian team.
It was the Coramba local’s first international event.
“I was happy to get 61 percent and I was proud to represent my country.”
Dale’s priority now is to find a suitable horse to continue competing with in the future.
“Next squad camp will be in October of this year so we hipe to have a horse secured for him by then as his horse is rising 24 years old and he needs to retire.”
