The 62 year old man accused of spraying graffiti over Kingscliff Police Station – while officers were inside – has fronted court.
Stanley Emanuel is charged with damaging property and two counts of assaulting a police officer.
Police allege, the unlikely vandal was trying to incriminate a group of local delinquents.
He’ll front court again next month.
