Member for Myall Lakes, Stephen Bromhead, says he will continue to fight for the Manning Base Hospital’s stage one re-development.
Yesterday’s state budget listed the Manning among several facilities to share in $50-million to help fast-track infrastructure works.
But how much money and when it will be delivered hasn’t been announced.
“What it means was it wasn’t even on the radar of the government…It’s being fast-tracked and now it’s up to me to make sure it’s in the next budget.”
