Despite cuts to education in the federal budget coming under fire from New South Wales Premier Mike Baird the Member for New England insists education is a top priority.
Barnaby Joyce says schools across the nation will benefit with an injection of $64.5 billion over the next four years.
“We’re actually increasing funding and we’re going to make sure that we’re delivering an outcome so that we get a form of education that has our kids being able to compete with the other kids on the internet who are going now for the same jobs over the internet.”
